Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Exchange only, as we want you to love your sweats! If you are unsatisfied with your order, or need a different size - please contact us at rachel@waylane.org with your order number and details. As we are a small business, products are exchange only. Product must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and the product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Customer must pay for exchange shipping. See the size guide for questions about your size & fit!

Where are the items made?

All items are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia.

Do you have a size guide?

I like to size up with the crewneck for an oversized fit, and keep my regular size for pants.

Can I throw my sweats in the dryer?

They will shrink a bit if you put in the dryer. Be sure to read the care label on the inner portion of your garment. However, if your joggers are a bit loose-the dryer usually does the trick to get them fitting just right!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. :)

Do you ship overseas?

Right now, we only ship within the US.

I just completed an order. How long until it ships?

We are a small team, but we try to ship orders out within 2-3 business days.

How is shipping calculated?

By weight of item and destination.

An item I ordered didn’t come in my package. What should I do?

We do our best to pack all of our WayLane packages correctly. However, from time to time, we may miss packing an item. Should this happen, please contact rachel@waylane.org as soon as possible, and we’ll get the missing item out to you as soon as we can at our cost.

My package/item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Though this is rare, if one of our items happens to arrive damaged due to shipping or other reasons, please contact us immediately at:  rachel@waylane.org. Please simply send your order number, proof of purchase, and photo of the damage and we’ll make it right!

Where can I find the size?

The size is in an odd spot. For the crewneck, it is on the inner seam on the left, and for the shorts/joggers is on the right inner pant leg.
